Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please note that most of our products are made-to-order. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Personalized Products

Because personalized items (with custom text, names, dates, photos, etc.) are made to your specifications, they are non-returnable under EU law, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly.

If your personalized item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at giftingmemories.store@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized products, EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact us at giftingmemories.store@gmail.com.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products (unless defective).
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, we’ll process it as a return (for non-personalized items) or replacement (for defective personalized items).

Refunds

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
